Adegbonmire Mourns Victims of Ondo Military Jet Crash:
Commends FG, Security Agencies, Residents Rescue Efforts
Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire SAN, Senator representing Ondo Central Senatorial District, has expressed deep sadness and heartfelt condolences following the tragic military jet crash in Ondo State that claimed the lives of military personnel.
Adegbonmire commiserated with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, over the tragic loss, as well as the Nigerian Armed Forces, particularly the Nigerian Air Force, on the painful incident.
The Senator described the death of the military personnel as a profound loss to the nation, noting that they paid the ultimate price in the service of Nigeria and in the discharge of their national duties.
The federal lawmaker commended the Federal Government and relevant security and emergency response agencies for their prompt intervention and rescue efforts following the crash.
He extended his heartfelt condolences to the families, colleagues and loved ones of the fallen officers, praying that God will grant them the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Adegbonmire also prayed for the peaceful repose of the souls of the deceased and called for continued prayers and support for members of the Armed Forces who continue to serve the nation with dedication and courage.
He urged Nigerians to stand with the bereaved families and the Armed Forces at this difficult moment, while praying for the safety of all personnel serving the country.
