RE: FALSE AND FABRICATED ALLEGATIONS BY SUNDAY FALAE CAMPAIGN COUNCIL
The attention of the Ondo Central Advocacy Group has been drawn to a false, malicious and attention-seeking press statement by the Sunday Falae Campaign Council (SFCO) alleging harassment and removal of posters at Sijuwade.
We state unequivocally that it is a *cheap blackmail and tissue of lies* by Hon. Sunday Falae and his media team desperate for public attention.
Our Position:
1. Sijuwade community is the home residence of our Principal, *Distinguished Senator Adeniyi Ayodele Adegbonmire, SAN*. It is a peaceful and law-abiding community. Our Distinguished Senator is a man of peace, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and a true democrat who upholds the constitution.
2. Distinguished Senator Adegbonmire has never and will never instruct any of his followers to harass anyone or remove any poster. He believes in healthy democratic competition and his performance is speaking for him across Ondo Central.
3. We wish to state clearly that NO ONE removed Hon. Sunday Falae's poster in Sijuwade community.* The allegation is completely false and fabricated. No such incident happened. This is a deliberate lie manufactured by the SFCO to blackmail our Principal and gain cheap sympathy.
4. Hon. Sunday Falae and his media team should desist from this politics of bitterness and blackmail. If they have any evidence of poster removal, let them present it to the public and security agencies instead of hiding behind press releases.
5. We call on Hon. Sunday Falae to focus on issue-based campaign and leave Distinguished Senator Adegbonmire alone to concentrate on his good work for the people of Ondo Central Senatorial District.
Ondo Central people are wise and can differentiate between a performing Senator and an attention seeker.
