Thank GOD it's a special day of yours. A day designed for your growth. It's my divine prayer for you, that your growth would be assured in every department of your life in the Mighty Name of JESUS, amen.

Until I knew it, I saw the weather changing, the birds singing, the sun shining, all for a rare gem. I wish you longevity of life and more successes on earth, amen.

Whichever way, celebration of life is better than celebration of lifelessness. I rejoice with you today, dear friend. May GOD give you long life, coupled with good health and wealth, amen.

The LORD told Moses and the Isrealites, "this Pharaoh and his chariots you are seeing now, you shall see them no more". As from this day of your birth, every warfare of your life is ended in the Mighty Name of JESUS. Cheers!

Some times, if you await a push from the crowd before you move, then you may never move, because at times, the crowd looks up to you to move, while they follow.

This is a challenge to everyone in leadership; it's better to act, rather than waiting for others to move. At times, they wait for you to lead the way, while they hold your robe and come strongly behind.

i. Don't be easily discouraged:  Never allow yourself to be easily discouraged by others' attitudes, be rest assured that such challenges are necessities to successes.

ii. Be focused: Don't be distracted, but concentrate on your goals and work diligently towards them.

iii. Be honest: Don't ever allow your integrity to be molested. Let your 'yes' be 'yes., and 'no' be 'no'.

iv. Be emotionally stable: A leader must be able to control his anger at any time, and make sure he strives to balance the equation in term of discipline.

v. Love your followers equally: Do not be partial. Partiality can kill your follower's moral, and also create unnecessary factions among them.

A leader is someone who is always expectant of challenges and tough tasks, but an optimist who believes in persistence, perseverance and preservation.

Leadership is a task, not laxity!

1. A leader reproduces himself: Any good leader must do everything in his capacity to raise others who would be able to step in for him at any point in time. That is, imparting knowledge to his followers must be of paramount importance to him.

2. Impartiality: A good leader must not be partial, but treat all his subjects equally.

3. Love: There can never be a resourceful relationship where there is no love. As a leader, love must be a key attitude of yours. Love your followers, love humanity in general.

4. Foresight: A leader without foresight is like a vehicle without head lamp. You must be able to project for the future, at all levels of leadership.

5. Setting of goals: Setting of goals is like drawing a guideline for yourself, this will give you a mental focus in your endeavours as a leader.

6. Lead by example: People are constantly watching you, especially those you are leading. They want to see you practising what you are teaching.

7. Don't easily give up: Hardly will you see a leadership position where people won't discourage you in one way or the other. But be strong and determined, these are the propellants that can keep you going.

8. Generosity: A leader must not be stingy, otherwise, you will never gain your befitting respect from your followers, especially when you are in habit of depriving them of their rights.

9. Forgiveness: A good leader forgives. If you don't, it means you are not ripe enough to lead in any capacity.

10. Listening: A resourceful leader listens to others' opinions, and loves corrections as well.

1. Looking up to a particular individual or people as your destiny helper: We are the principal destiny helper of our lives, we need to be certain that we have our own lives to live, and a destiny to fulfill.

2. Laziness: There is a saying that there is no food for lazy man. Laziness is a destiny killer, no doubt about it.

3. Easily giving up: Another popular saying goes thus; quitters never win, and winners never quit. Perseverance pays a lot.

4. Pride: Certainly, pride goes before destruction. It's a destructive attitude that disallows so many people from learning and growing.

5. Not striving to grow: No one can stay in-between, it's either you grow or depreciate. If you refuse to grow, you depreciate.

6. Thinking that every rich person is a ritualist: If you are a type that thinks every rich person did money rituals before they got there, certainly you can never be financially free, because you have had the orientation that the only way to riches is money ritual, which is untrue!

7. Envying successful people: Envying or hating successful people will  do you no good. Instead, embrace them and try to tap from their knowledge.

8. Lack of creative thoughts: Creative thought is the foundation of every success, because every endeavour starts from thoughts. Therefore, lack of creative thoughts does a lot of damages to our talents and potentials.

9. Lack of foresight: We must understand that every action would have a consequence. Lack of foresight means you don't have any futuristic preparation or plan, which may of course, be suicidal.

10. Inferiority complex: Self condemnation is a disaster that kills talents and paralyses passion. Place a value on yourself, and be confident that you can go all the way!

Every winner was once a fighter who refused to quit. The coast may seem unclear, but we just need to paddle the more.

i. Whatever we know how to do best, let's not relent, but continue striving.

ii. It's advantageous to be an optimist.

iii. It's good to learn new skills always; a key way of self development.

iv. Don't give up due to others' feelings about you.

v. We must understand that the greatest prerequisite to success is "life", thence, "determination".

vi. Don't just stay idle, but get something done. Start something, somewhere.

vii. Understand that talent is like an offering, it grows the more you nourish it. Just keep growing!

viii. Perseverance is essential.

ix. Each time we fail, we learn a new thing.

x. The coast of life is not always clear, but life goes on, we just need to keep moving.

Some structures are not yet existing, but still, would be greater than the greatest edifice ever stationed on this planet. We only know today, tomorrow is another day, full of another miseries.

Never look down on anybody, and never look down on yourself. Nobody's story is permanent, anybody's can change tomorrow!

The fastest vehicle to destruction is pride and arrogance. It gives you self worth beyond you, and places your feet on the path of death. No wonder, the Scripture says, "pride goes before destruction".

Arrogance is when someone feels too big to obey simple instructions. This results to violence in many cases, the implication of which is that, arrogance never produces peace, but crisis. As humans, we need to embrace peace through the instrumentality of humility and obedience.

In a society where arrogance has become a norm, crisis will dominate and disunity will be the endpoint.

Unnecessary competition is another problem that arises due to pride and arrogance.

Lack of intellectual growth may also occur. This is because an arrogant person would never find it easy to learn from those he thinks he's better than in one way or the other.

It may also result to shame. It will get to a stage, an arrogant person would be seriously disgraced and shamed due to their utterances and actions. It's only a matter of time.

1 Samuel 2:3

“Boast no more so very proudly,

Do not let arrogance come out of your mouth;

For the Lord is a God of knowledge,

And with Him actions are weighed.

Arrogance never give birth to any good thing, but destruction. The endpoint is always regretful and tearful. Let's run away from it. It kills!

Life is a temporary habitat, where we come and leave at different times. But the beauty of all is to make someone smile daily, touch people's lives, make a turn around for others if you can, and be part of their success stories.

It's strange at times when people who have the wherewithal refuse to be a helping shoulder to others. It's pathetic, but normal. This is part of realities of life which are inevitable. So, it's not a reason for anyone to lose hope or see it as a sign of rejection. At times, this condition serves as a catalyst to some vital inventions and thereby hastens successes.

In any way we can, let's touch people's lives. It's a great achievement if we can make someone smile on a daily basis.

If you are rich, make others rich, invest in brave people's minds and let them add you to their success stories.

If you are brilliant, make others brilliant, teach those who are ready to learn, your greatest success is having them seeing you as a role model.

If you are influential, connect those who are starved and need the influences, you would be surprised they will never forget you.

If you are fulfilled, don't think you are superior to those poor relatives and neighbours of yours, instead, encourage them, help them out and let them have a feeling of joy in their hearts too. It costs you nothing!

If you are on top and you cannot point to people whom you have raised to the top, then you are a failure.

In any way we can, let's be a source of joy and blessings to others, that's the greatest beauty of life.

Let's make it a resourceful week this week, and be a helping hand to mankind. It's the mind of GOD for all of us!

Creativity is the ability to use imagination to produce a novel idea or product that is useful to society.

Also, when you are doing a difficult task comfortably and enjoyably, you are certainly creative about the said subject.

i. It creates fortune: Being creative is one of the key ways of making headway in life. Even in the face of the toughest economy, you will be able to think and get something done when nothing seems possible.

ii. It boosts competence: Being creative is a way of making someone naturally skillful about their passionate activities. Being exceptionally good at something therefore, gives you boldness.

iii. It boosts confidence: Of course, being very good at what you do gives you a lot of confidence wherever you find yourself, because there would be little or no fear of failure.

iv. It expands exposure: Creativity attracts different types of people to you, and this will automatically expand your exposure and probably public relations.

v. It commands respect: People will definitely respect you based on what you are capable of delivering. If you are a good singer for instance, many people will become your fans and respect you for your skills.

Exodus 35:35

He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers—all of them skilled workers and designers.

Psalm 90:17

Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!

Being creative is a golden virtue, and also a way opener for progressive minded and zealous individuals who are optimists, and also charismatic about self development and discipline.

Humans are like smoke, you only know where it starts from, once spreads, you never can tell, where it can get to. We all need to do good, you never knew where you, or your offsprings can be tomorrow.

In every situation, let's be a blessing to humanity, not because of today, but tomorrow. Let's do our unborn generations a favour by doing this!

i. Whatever we do will return to us: Whatever we do to others will definitely get back to us in one way or the other. It's natural. Nemesis!

ii. Whatever we cook today, our children will eat out of it: Attitudes are like seeds. When we plant them, our upcoming generations would reap and eat out of them. We have a name, and that's what makes this fact a reality.

iii. It builds our integrity: Whatever we do is directly proportional to our integrity. If you are a truthful person, people will label you as such, and vice versa.

iv. It's a way of nation building: Helping one another in one way or the other enhances collective development, and this is exactly what is needed in every society. 

v. It gives relief to us: It's a key way of relieving our conscience. If you have good thoughts to everyone, certainly your mind would be free of any grudge. Then, you can be able to make peace with every man.

Psalm 37:3

Trust in the Lord and do good;

Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.

Psalm 34:14

Depart from evil and do good;

Seek peace and pursue it.

Galatians 6:10

So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.

Love is the basis of unity in every society. Let's embrace the spirit of oneness and think of our collective benefits as a people, rather than personal gains. We must bless one another according to our various capacities. Tribalism should stop, ethnicity should be shunned as well. This is the only way we can progress as a Nation!

The garment of an elder might worth not a dime, but his words are like a light that displace darkness on the path of a lad.

There is a popular saying that, 'experience is the best teacher'. Another one says, 'if a young person has cloths like elders, he can't have rags like elders'. It's therefore certain that experience of elders are a major key to guiding the steps of younger generations.

As a youth, you must strongly recognize the fact that your parents are your first counselors, and obedience to them is not negotiable at any point in time. Other people in this category include but not limited to, teachers, ministers of GOD, the aged, and so on. Take to relevant advices from them, and these would be a light to your path, especially at crucial times in life.

(i) It broadens your wisdom: When you listen to elders, you tap more wisdom from them, and you will become wiser indeed.

(ii) It enables you to receive more from elders: Nobody likes a disrespectful person, and elderly people are not excluded. The more you are respectful and depend on them for advice, the more interest they have in you. To them, it means you are humble and ready to learn.

(iii) It makes you more relevant to others: When you feel 'the mouth of an elder is smelling', in many culture, it means you are arrogant. The Society would see you as such, and this will cause you to lose respect from others. But when you value the words of elders, you get the values attached to it.

(iv) Longevity of life: The Bible says we should respect our parents so that we can live long on earth. One of the ways of doing this is to obey them, and never regard their utterances as rubbish.

(v) It helps in displacing confusion: When you are confused and it seems every road is blocked, a wise word from an elder may open up the road. Seek them, and you shall find them.

Deuteronomy 5:16, KJV

"Honour thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee."

It's a general norm agreeing that voices of elders are golden, and whoever sees it as such and follows it appropriately, and also genuinely, would be a beneficiary of the accompanied rewards.

Love means a profound and caring affection towards someone, while a spouse is someone in a marriage or marital relationship.

Marriage is an institution established by GOD Himself, and He placed it strongly on a foundation made of love. By implication, no home can thrive in the absence of love. It's not possible! We therefore need to make it a priority in our homes and Society generally.

i. Peace: When there is genuine love between husband and wife, certainly there would be peace and harmony. A home devoid of peace will definitely know violence, and that's why the crisis in some homes today are highly cumbersome. Love is no doubt, a magnet that attracts peace in the society.

ii. Unity: There is serious need for husband and wife to be united, but before this can occur, love must have taken it's course first. No couple or home can be in oneness in the absence of love. Love comes first, and when it's established, unity is sure.

iii. Progress: Any home where the couple can work together as a team, there would be progress and promotion. Their cooperation would give them room to merge their resources and work together. Their successes are thereby hastened.

iv. Joy: Certainly, love is a catalyst to joyfulness. Once a couple gets it right, nothing but happiness would be their gain. Love is the bedrock of it.

v. Fulfilment: Love helps a couple in achieving their desires, because it would be very easy for them to be in unison and work towards a common goal.

Ephesians 5: 22-33

Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord.

For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the Church, His body, of which He is the Savior.

Now as the Church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the Church and gave Himself up for her.

Love is the backbone of every relationship. It must be embraced at home, because home is the basis of the Church and Society. It's also the light to the feet of a Nation.

A wise man listens to all, but never responds to all. It's gainful to always usher your utterances with distinct, decence, and discretion.

The SCRIPTURE says we should be quick to listen, but slow or be wise to respond. Be very careful with your utterances, it may work as a sword, and at the same time, work as a strength.

It's also pertinent to know that words are like eggs, once they land, they can never be retrieved. It's a very wise choice therefore, to think deeply before speaking.

1. Only speak when necessary: In some gatherings you may not need to talk except you are invited to do so, and in some, you may not need someone to tell you to say something. It all has to do with your sensitivity.

2. Think before you contribute: Whatever we speak out definitely comes from within - we must have thought about them before speaking out. Hence, the need for positive thoughts is greatly important.

3. Don't think of being partial: When you are in a position to make a judgement, never think of favouring any of the parties more than others. If this happens, it will affect your output due to prior internal judgement.

4. Don't feel inferior in any gathering: As leaders or potential leaders, we must feel confident in every gathering we find ourselves, because inferiority complex is a major destroyer of man. The effect is always negative. When you are confident, you will speak boldly.

5. Have good intention always: Our intentions are what manifest in our utterances most of the times, no doubt about that. Therefore, if we always have good intentions to every human and in every meeting/gathering, definitely our speeches would be peaceful and sensible.

Thinking wisely before speaking is an antidote to ridicules. It makes you closer to wisdom all days and replenishes your wisdom whenever you do a mental job. It pays a lot. Be a creative thinker. It commands a lot of fortune and embraces huge accolades.

Determination is an act, not an art.

Determination is an act of determining, or the state of being determined. An act is the process of doing something, while art in this concept means an ordinary artwork.

Determination has to do with action and not just verbal expression or statement, and the sacrifices attached have to be paid as well.

i. Achievement of goals: When you are strongly determined, definitely you will do everything in your ability to achieve your aims. Determination helps much in this regard because you won't lose hope, but will continue striving.

ii. Overcoming failures: Quitters definitely don't win. Even if you fail times without number, once you stay focused and determined, you won't stop trying, and at last, failure would be a thing of the past.

iii. Determination is a catalyst to progress: Yes, it is. Once you stay strong emotionally, certainly progress would be the result. It keeps you hopeful all the time, no matter what you may be going through at any point in time.

iv. It helps you to keep focused: When you are determined is when you will remember that you have a goal. Therefore, determination is what will keep you going and get you focused. Distraction won't have a place in your heart.

v. It strengthens your emotional stamina: Even if challenges are encountered in the process of questing for success, your zeal for the task will never allow your morale to be killed. 

Romans 12: 11-12

Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

1 Corinthians 16:13

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.

Determination is one of the key attributes that hasten success. It gives us the required strengths to combat discouragement and thereby fuels our fighting spirit. It's a motivational ingredient that cannot be ignored.

Many of us can't just see beyond our nose, that's why we handle 'today' as if it's the major determinant of 'tomorrow'. No, it's wrong. Life is the most unpredictable, such that someone you see as a nonentity today might be the most successful among his equals today. 

For example, the fact that you are a senior to someone in school today doesn't mean he cannot be your employer tomorrow. Therefore, we have to humble ourselves and respect every human.

(i) Shun pride: Don't ever look down on anyone or think you are better than him, but see everyone as equal.

ii. Respect all: Life is like a circle, we will continue meeting and meeting over and over again. Therefore, be a respecter of whoever you come across in life.

iii. Don't compete with anyone: Don't see life as a competition against anybody, but face your own way and enjoy your own destiny.

iv. Don't try to stop anybody's progress: Don't be an enemy of progress to others because you don't want them to overtake you, but rather face your own destiny and increase your speed where necessary. It's a race of individuals.

v. Run your own race: When you agree that you have a life to live, then you have to live it well. Follow your dreams enthusiastically.

Proverbs 14:30

"A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones."

Job 5:2

"Surely resentment destroys the fool, and jealousy kills the simple."

Proverb 29:23

Pride brings a person low, but the lowly in spirit gain honor.

Don't boast of anything in life, and never must you tell a fellow man that, 'after all, my life is better than yours'. You are on the high today, but remember that he can be on the highest tomorrow. It's insane to look down on anyone, because we all have different destinations. His may be higher than yours! They are independent of one another. Be careful, respect and value all men, and avoid unnecessary competitions.

This is the characteristic of being humble; humbleness in character and behavior.

Humility also means 'not placing yourself above your normal level and lowering yourself to the appropriate persons or authorities as a sign of respect.

i. Don't feel more important than others: Don't ever look down on anybody or have the feeling that you are better than them, but let your orientation always be equality, even if that's not the case.

ii. Respect elders: It is believed in many parts of Africa that whoever wants to grow old in life must respect the elderlies. But generally, and as a matter of courtesy, it's proper to respect people of more advanced ages. This tells a lot about your moral values and responsibility.

iii. Respect people of authority: Positions and authorities have nothing to do with age, therefore in many cases, you may find people who are younger than you in higher positions, you are left with no option than to respect them. Giving them their due honour may even be a catalyst to your own progress.

iv. Respect other's opinion: Never think your friends, colleagues or co-workers are senseless, but listen to them as well and give them the proper ratings they deserve.

v. Reciprocate every respect and honour given to you: Whoever respects you, either young or old, make sure you return same. Remember that respect is reciprocal, and that's the norm in every well coordinated society.

James 4:10

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.

1 Peter 5:5

In the same way, you who are younger, submit yourselves to your elders. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.”

Flowing from the Scriptural pointers and explanations above, it's very glaring that humility is a key prerequisite to success, self development and societal growth. It must therefore be embraced by all as a way of advancing our moral standard and obedience to GOD.

Let's all shun pride, and make it a blessed week this week.

Some times, old friends are like a pet who have turned a wild during a long period. Giving them the old same approach might be violent and even land you in an early grave, if not cautioned.

An old friend you have not seen for many years might have become a different person from the one you are just seeing now. Therefore, be careful with old friends, take time to know them deeper again before staging a reunion fully.

i. Do not return to deep friendship with him immediately: You still have to take your time studying him and be sure that he still possesses those good qualities you used to know, after which you can now resuscitate your intimacy.

ii. Talk to some other friends about him: Perhaps there are some other friends that know him also, call them and talk about him, and this method could be of great help.

iii. You may give out your phone number, but not description of your house instantly. Be careful! Don't rush to his house too.

iv. Don't rush into business with him if you don't know the details of the business: This has landed so many people in jail.

v. Don't trust him with your family and other valuables at once: Someone you are just meeting again after so many years is like a stranger, so you must be very sensitive dealing with him and don't commit your family or any vital documents or information to his care immediately you are reunited. Give it time!

An angel of yesterday might have become a devil today, therefore, don't trust an old friend you have not seen for years. Take your time to study him again, ask him sensitive questions and know other friends' views about him. Asking other friends about him might not be done in form of direct questioning, and that's why you need wisdom at this stage.

It's good and fun to meet an old friend again, but treat him like a stranger first, and start rebuilding the relationship gradually and with wisdom, so that if anything has changed with him, you will easily get to know.

Remember that, in everything, wisdom is the principal thing!

Love can be defined as a profound and caring affection towards someone. It's the catalyst that hastens peace in any society and also promotes unity among people.

i. Hospitality: Love is the only factor that gives us the spirit to accommodate one another and live together as one. Without love, there will certainly be crisis.

ii. Tolerance: When we are able to tolerate each other in love, then complaints and misunderstandings would be at the best minimum.

iii. Generosity: Sharing is one of the numerous ways of showing love to humanity, while stingy is nothing but mere cruelty.

iv. Endurance: In any marriage or organization, there would certainly be challenging situations, but once love exists, there would be endurance on the part of all parties involved. 

v. Faith: This is an act of showing love to God and humanity. Having faith in God is a way of reciprocating His love, and that of mankind.

vi. Trust: This must be a key habit in every marriage. Once trust is lost in any home, surely there would be problems which can lead to a sudden collapse of the union.

vii. Sacrifice: As a people, we must be able to let go of one thing or the other to each other's advantage, that is when we can profess confidently that love is a resident of our society.

Romans 13:8

“Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law."

Ephesians 5:25

“For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her."

The BIBLE says love is the fulfilment of the law. The implication of which is that if you don't love GOD first, and thereafter your neighbour, it means you have not kept any commandment. Let's embrace love therefore, preach love to the whole world, and live in love in our lifetime.

The idea of time management means appropriate usage of someone's time. For instance, nobody can sleep forever, except someone who's dead already. There is definitely appropriate number of hours that one can sleep, and there is normal time to wake up as well. So, there is time for everything on earth, and whoever wishes to make any exploit must always strive to do the needfuls at the right times.

One of the greatest tools to achieving success is time. It's a very effective instrument, but the usage of it is what determines the result. Don't sleep when you need to work, and don't work when you need to sleep. Remember Newton's third law of motion too.

It's also very important to note that time waits for nobody, we get older each day, therefore we must stop procrastinating but set goals on time, and work towards them without any complaint or delay.

i. Gives you a better life: When you have good plans for yourself, certainly you will live a better life. The relationship between the aforementioned and time management is that, time remains a key factor to consider when planning.

ii. Reduces stress: When there is proper time consideration, definitely, stress will be at the minimum.

iii. It gives people more confidence in you: Time has a lot of relationship with integrity, especially when it comes to the issue of appointment. Therefore, to be respected by others, keeping to time appointment with people shouldn't be negotiable.

iv. No distraction: Good time management reduces pressure, but when there is no plan, there will be pressure, and when there is pressure, distraction is certain!

v. Great planning opportunity: Doing the right thing at the right time will give you the privilege to plan accurately. But when you are struggling to do things at the wrong time, certainly you will get the plans wrong.

WHAT IS PREPARATION?

Preparation is an act of being ready for a specific future purpose or task in order to get a desired result as and when due.

There is a popular saying that, he who fails to plan, plans to fail.

Preparation is very key to every success in life, because it connotes seriousness and readiness to face any likely challenges, and this is a true picture of a determined mind and risk taker.

i. It hastens success: Proper and timely preparation will no doubt hasten anybody's success, and this has been a testimony of many successful people all over the world.

ii. It provides you with emotional arsenal against any challenges: If you have planned adequately for your works, knowing fully well that some difficulties might occur along the line, you may not have to lose anything because your preparedness must have covered up for you.

iii. It makes the task easier: Once you have adequate preparation for your tasks, things get easier, even more than your expectation at times.

iv. It gives you more confidence: Of course, you wouldn't have to fear failure once you have done the needful as and when due.

v. It gives you better time management opportunity: So many people waste away their precious times due to lack of preparation, but good and right plannings are very powerful time management tools if properly utilized.

John 14:3

If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

Proverbs 21:31

The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but victory belongs to the Lord.

Looking at the first Bible verse above, you will realize that even our Lord Jesus Christ didn't ignore the word, "preparation". And the second Scripture makes us realize that though victory belongs to God, but preparation is of great importance.

Adequate preparation rescues us from time wastages, avoidable failures and ridicules. It's a gainful tool that is capable of catapulting us to victory at the least expected period of time. Let's lunch out this week therefore, make appropriate plans for all our projects, and also preach same gospel to every person in the globe.

What is confidence?

Confidence can be described as, "self-assurance", or "a feeling of certainty, firm trust or belief, faith, or boldness.

i. It's the bedrock of every success: Failure or success depends on your thoughts and beliefs about what you want to do. If your mentality is negative, then your confidence is liable to be killed, hence failure is imminent.

ii. It serves as a catalyst to your potentials: Even if you possess the capability to carry out a particular task successfully, once fear or inferiority complex sets in, you may not be able to make headway.

iii. Gallant approach to every adventure: Bravery approach is very crucial in every task, and highly required if triumph must happen.

iv. It helps in regaining of emotional stability: When one is confident adventurously, he or she will be able to overcome fear of the past failures in no long time. This is another great clue to achieving breakthrough in life.

v. Confidence adds value to a man: In whatever one does in life, confidence is very key because it's the only thing that get people convinced that you really know what you are doing or what you are about to do.

vi. It retains people's trust in you: It's only when you trust your own capability that people can trust you, and there is no way you can trust yourself without being confident in your own abilities.

Psalm 27:3

Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident.

This Bible verse is an indication that with confidence in GOD, we can overcome any challenges in life.

Confidence is part of our emotions that dictate how we handle tasks or adventures. It's a factor we must treat as a culture and practice regularly as it's a huge catalyst that hastens our successes in life.
