Living Pilgrims Rehoboth Assembly: Rely on GOD Alone - Evangelist Asaolu


Today's Thanksgiving Service at Living Pilgrims Rehoboth Assembly started few minutes past 8am as the General Overseer, Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu said the  opening prayer, and the Opening Hymn was called by the Church Secretary, Mr. Emmanuel Ogunmodede. 
After the aforementioned was a worship session led by the church choir. The usual morning prayer was then led by Mummy  General Overseer, Prophetess Folashade Asaolu.
Next was the Sunday School, wherein the topic, "Divine Specifications for the Christian Home" was treated.
The only Lesson for the glorious Service which was taken from 1 Chronicles 16: 8-22 was thereafter read by the General Overseer and Church Secretary in Yoruba and English languages respectively.
Tithe and offerings were collected and coordinated by Deacon Garba Arogundade, during which special thanksgivings and testimonies, as well as Good Women monthly thanksgiving were taken. Special song ministration was then presented by the Choir, which preceded the Sermon.
Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu in his Sermon, titled, "Rely on GOD", admonished the Church to put their whole trust in GOD, affirming that only in Him can security be found.
Also observed in the Service was groups' annual thanksgiving which serves as new year thanksgiving for the Church.
Bringing the Service to a close, the General Overseer advised every member to show sincere appreciation to GOD for their lives and also present their personal petitions before Him.
Announcement was later made by the Church Secretary, after which members were finally dispersed in peace of GOD after the closing prayer and benediction were said by the General Overseer around 2:15pm.
