Today's Anointing Service was declared open by the Holy Spirit through His Servant, the General Overseer of the Great Mission, Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu, when he led the Opening Prayer around 8:00am. This was followed by Opening Hymn and worship songs, both of which were led by the Choristers.
The Morning Prayer was anchored by the Church's Matriarch, Prophetess Folasade Asaolu, during which she emphasized strongly on thanksgiving, and also led the Church through a Revival session.
Sunday School was held, and it was the review of some previous lessons as taught by Pastor Felix Ayodele, the Sunday School Coordinator.
The only Lesson for the Service, which was taken from Matthew 22: 36-40 was read by Evangelist Asaolu and Mr Victor Kolade in Yoruba and English languages respectively.
Collection of tithe and offerings was thereafter coordinated by Elder Sunday Alaka, during which some testifiers gave thanks to GOD for what He has done over their families. The women also did their monthly Thanksgiving.
The Choir thereafter ministered in song, and the Sermon was delivered by the General Overseer where he preached on the topic; "The Commandment to Love".
The General Announcement was made immediately after the preaching by Mr Victor Kolade, and the Service was brought to a close with closing prayer and benediction around past 12pm.
Service Update was written by Sister Cassandra Oluwatomiwa
