Living Pilgrims Rehoboth Assembly: Shun Pride and Emulate CHRIST in All Ways - Evang Asaolu

Today's Service started with opening and morning prayers, both of which were led by the General Overseer, Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu. Worship songs were rendered by the Church choir in continuation of thanksgiving to GOD for His goodness over the Church.
The only Lesson, which was taken from Matthew 2: 1-12 was read in Yoruba and English languages by the General Overseer, Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu, and the Church Secretary, Mr Emmanuel Ogunmodede respectively.
Collection of offerings was coordinated by Elder Sunday Alaka, and during this time, many families gave different testimonies in appreciation of GOD's mercy over their families.
As usual, the choir ministered in songs, and the Sermon followed.
In his Sermon, the General Overseer advised congregation to always put GOD in His rightful position by revering and honoring Him at all time. He further admonished the Church to shun pride and emulate JESUS in all ways.
Other activities which took place during the Service are, men monthly thanksgiving, as well as announcement.
The Service was finally brought to a close with closing prayer and benediction duly said by the General Overseer, after which members were dispersed in peace around 12pm.
