TEXT FOR TODAY:
2 Timothy 1:8
So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, or ashamed of me his prisoner. But join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God.
ADMONITION:
In proclaiming the gospel, we must stand on our feet with courage, knowing fully well that the road might not likely be smooth throughout. We must rise to the occassion with regards to equipping our soul with the Word of GOD and put on fully the garment of prayer. In the above Text, Apostle Paul was encouraging Timothy to be strong in his faith, and then opened his eyes and mind to the likely challenges in that path. This, certainly, is not without reward. We have to be part of this divine assignment here on earth, so that we can be part of the eternal arrangement which CHRIST has gone ahead of us to make.
SUPPLICATION:
Our GOD, we thank You for Your grace upon our life. Please, always strengthen our faith, so that we will be growing stronger in You in readiness to proclaim Your gospel at all time. Amen.
