Wednesday, 20th July 2022, being another bright moment in the history of Nigeria Civil Service Union (NCSU) Ondo State chapter, recorded the presence of top players in the politics of workers' union in the Country, as Comrade (Prince) Olapade Ademola was enthusiastically returned into office as NCSU Chairman in Ondo State for another term. One good turn they say, deserves another.
His reelection, of course was not coming as a surprise to the delegates who unanimously agreed to re-present him to the national leadership of the Union as the driver of the NCSU vehicle in the State due to his unique leadership styles and achievements in office during his first tenure.
Furthermore, part of the greases to his success was his personality which is a reflection of humility, love, passion for welfarism, kindness, generosity, hospitality, sincerity, acceptance of criticism, and accessibility. He is no doubt, a visionary leader who has been tested and trusted by the people.
Gracing the occasion was the number 1 member of the Union in Nigeria, who also doubles as the State NLC Chairman, Comrade Sunday Adeleye, national secretary of the Union, representative of the State Head of Service, Chairmen of NCSU from neighbouring States of Osun, Ogun, and Ekiti, as well as top officials from other unions in the State.
Accepting the well deserved mandate, Comrade Ademola thanked the delegates sincerely for their trust, and promised to continue in the spirit of 'service to humanity' which he always stands to represent. He added that the Union will not relent in it's efforts to ensuring that workers' arrears are offset before the end of this year.
