NOTICE OF MONTHLY ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION AND TEMPORARY MOVEMENT RESTRICTION
The Ondo State Government has announced that the August 2026 edition of the monthly environmental sanitation exercise will hold statewide on Saturday, 29th August, 2026.
Members of the public are hereby notified that movement of persons and vehicles will be restricted between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. during the exercise.
Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this period to clean their surroundings, including clearing drainage channels, desilting gutters, removing refuse and debris and trimming overgrown weeds.
The Government reiterates its steadfast commitment to ensuring a clean, safe and disease-free environment for all citizens and calls for the full cooperation and active participation of residents in the monthly sanitation programme.
