Living Pilgrims Rehoboth Assembly: Return To JESUS, Don't Let His Death and Resurrection Go in Vain Over You - Evang Asaolu


Easter Sunday Service commenced Today at Living Pilgrims Rehoboth Assembly (a.k.a Chapel of Peace) at 8:00am when the General Overseer, Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu led the Opening Prayer. This was followed by the Opening Hymn and worship, both of which were led by the Church Choir.
The Morning Prayer was led by the Church Matriarch, Prophetess Folasade Asaolu amidst songs of praises.
The Sunday School was held, and it was a revision class which was taught centrally by the Assembly Pastor, Pastor Felix Ayodele.
The Lesson (1 Corinthians 15: 50-58) was thereafter read in Yoruba language the General Overseer, while the English version was read by the Church Secretary, Mr Emmanuel Ogunmodede.
Collection of offerings was coordinated by Deacon Martins Alaska, during which members were allowed to testify to the Glory of GOD over their lives.
There was also a drama presentation by the Youth, and after this, the Choir presented their special ministration.
The Sermon was then delivered by the General Overseer, and he titled it, "Death is Swallowed in Victory". In his Message, Evangelist Asaolu admonished members to surrender their life completely to JESUS, so that His death will not be in vain over them.
The General Announcement was made by the Church Secretary immediately after the preaching, and the Service was brought to a close around 12:30pm with Closing Prayer and Benediction , duly said by the General Overseer.
