Glorious Sunday Service at Living Pilgrims Rehoboth Assembly

Sunday Service commenced around 8am Today as the General Overseer, Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu said the Opening Prayer. This was followed by Opening Hymn, and also Worship songs as led by the Choristers.

Morning Prayer was led by the General Overseer, during which he emphasized on the need to be very thankful to GOD in all situations, and also to learn to worship God in spirit and truth. According to the G.O, worshiping and praising God is so good that it makes Him happy.

Sunday School was held and anchored by Pastor Felix Ayodele, the Sunday School Coordinator and Assembly Pastor.

The only Lesson for the Glorious Service which was taken from Matthew 17:14-20 was read in English language by Mr Emmanuel Ogunmodede, while the Yoruba version was read by Elder Sunday Alaka.

The next agenda was the collection of offerings, and this was directed by Elder Omojowo.

Testimonies and Special Thanksgivings were given room for, in which some members testified to the goodness of GOD over their households.

The Choir thereafter ministered in song, and this ushered in the Preacher. In his Sermon which he tagged, "THE POWER OF COMMAND TO BE THE MASTER", Elder Sunday Alaka emphasized that you are a master when you have power over something, and you being a Christian also means you have power over some things in the world. As a Christian, for you to have power as a master, you need the Holy Spirit. If you are in the Love and Will of God, you can command an angel or even send an angel an errand because God has given us the power to be a master. He also referred to "Matthew 16:19" and "Luke 10:19".

After the preaching, the Church Secretary, Mr Emmanuel Ogunmodede made the General Announcement, after which the General Overseer led the Closing Prayer and Benediction and the Service was brought to a close around 11:35am.
