It was another moment of praises in the presence of GOD Today at Living Pilgrims Rehoboth Assembly; The glorious Service was kicked off few minutes past 8am with Opening Prayer from the General Overseer, Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu. The Morning Prayer combined with the ongoing New Year Prayer then followed and this was anchored by the Church Matriarch, Prophetess Folasade Asaolu.
The next after the above was Sunday School which was held in eight (8) different classes, and was finally summarized by the Sunday School Coordinator, Pastor Felix Ayodele. The Topic of Discussion was "GOD's Word As a Guide".
The only Lesson for the Service was taken from Genesis 18: 1-10, and was read in Yoruba language by Pastor Felix Ayodele while the English version was read by Mr Emmanuel Ogunmodede, the Church Secretary.
Collection of offerings was the next event on the agenda and it was coordinated by Elder Sunday Alaka. Testimonies and special thanksgivings were also taken during this session.
The Choristers thereafter delivered a special ministration, after which the preacher mounted the pulpit.
Pastor Felix Ayodele in his Sermon titled, "Abraham's Blessing Through Faith", admonished the Church not to desire Abraham's blessings alone, but also to embrace and adopt the quality of his faith.
After the preaching, the General Announcement was made by the Assistant Church Secretary, Engineer Samuel Ayiloge.
While bringing the Service to a close, the General Overseer said the Closing Prayer and Benediction and then dispersed the congregation in peace around 11:30am.
