ADMONITION:

The angel of GOD confirmed that he could not do anything until Lot leaves the environment. He was actually there for demolition of Sodom and Gomora. Why was he desirous of sparing Lot? Due to the grace of GOD upon Him and His great hospitality towards the servants of GOD. As a child of GOD, this is exactly how He protects you by holding evil until you leave the scene. This is what GOD does for His children when you see people giving testimony in Church that......"immediately I left the spot, the unfortunate happened"..... HE might be holding the evil and waiting for you to leave the scene before allowing the casualty. We must therefore acknowledge that except He is with us, we are not free from any danger. We must acknowledge His safety Powers over our going out and our coming in. We must acknowledge His supremacy over every evil of the day. We must acknowledge His mercy even for saving us from evils of the night. We must praise Him always, for His mercy endures forever over us and our household.

OBLIGATIONS:

i. Always thank GOD for saving you from all evils, both seen and unseen.

ii. Never think you escaped any calamity based on your own power or wisdom, or because you are smart, but know certainly that your safety was only guaranteed by GOD.

iii. Praise Him day and night for His protection over you, your relatives and family.

SUPPLICATION:

Our heavenly FATHER, we thank You for saving us from every danger, both seen and unseen. Please put on us a garment of praises, so that we can always acknowledge Your presence in our daily activities, in JESUS unfailing Name we pray. Amen.
