Today's Service was declared open with opening prayer said by the General Overseer, Evangelist Kolawole Asaolu, followed by singing of Hymn which was called by the Church Secretary, Mr Emmanuel Ogunmodede. The usual morning prayer was then anchored by Mummy General Overseer, Prophetess Folasade Asaolu. During this time, she admonished the congregation to thank GOD very sincerely with all their hearts for His mercy over them.
The Sunday School was thereafter observed, in which revision of some of the previous lessons was done.
The only Lesson for the Service was taken from Genesis 2: 15-23, and read by Elder Sunday Alaka and Mr Emmanuel Ogunmodede in Yoruba and English languages respectively.
Collection of offerings was coordinated by Deacon Martins Alaka, and some special thanksgivings and testimonies were said by some families during this time, using the medium to appreciate the protection and goodness of GOD over their families.
Being the Men Anniversary Thanksgiving day, the men special choir group rendered a special number to praise the Name of GOD.
The Sermon, which was titled, "Man as a Wall for the Family," was delivered by Elder Sunday Alaka, in which he admonished the entire men to make sure they do their best to protect their family both physically and spiritually.
Other activities in the Service are, admonition of the General Overseer to the entire men of the Church, and also the men's monthly thanksgiving.
The Service was later brought to a close with closing prayer and benediction, led by the General Overseer, and the congregation was dispersed in peace around 1:30pm.
