TEXT FOR TODAY:
Deuteronomy 26:10
and now I bring the firstfruits of the soil that you, O LORD, have given me." Place the basket before the LORD your God and bow down before him.
ADMONITION:
Above Text is an admonition of Moses to the Israelites, informing them of a major way of appreciating the goodness of GOD upon their lives. Verse 11 of this Book emphasizes on the joy that will follow the payment of their first fruits. Brethren, giving of first fruits to the LORD is biblical, and it's a principal way to opening door of blessings for ourselves. Style of first fruits observance may vary depending on denomination, but the important thing is to follow GOD's directives. The common practice in many Christian denominations is giving directly to the Clergy/Missionaries, which is highly biblical as well. It's a practice that open doors of financial abundance, joy, and further victory over enemies. Let's adopt it, and experience the goodness of GOD in a more increased way.

Our Father in heaven, we glorify Your Holy Name for this eye opener to more blessings, please teach us to know more of You, so that we will continue getting closer to you every second, in the Name of JESUS CHRIST our LORD. Amen.
