The Daily Light: How To Present Ourselves Before GOD

TEXT FOR TODAY:

Psalms 100:2 

Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.

ADMONITION:

The Bible says we should worship GOD with gladness, not with sadness. Many times, so many of us come to the presence of GOD with so much burdened heart to the extent that we allow our situations to weaken our spirit, such that the worships due to GOD will be adversely affected. We won't be able to praise, we won't be able to pray, some will even come late to His presence due to their grievances that GOD has not been faithful to them. But then, brethren, in any situations we may find ourselves, if we want to receive GOD's attention, we must always appear in His presence with pure and joyful heart. Sing praises to him with an open heart regardless of your circumstances, and His presence will not depart from you.

SUPPLICATION:

FATHER we thank You for Your Word this morning again, please help us to strengthen our faith in You by the day, so that we will know the best way to serve You at all time, in the Name of our LORD JESUS CHRIST. Amen.
