THE DAILY LIGHT: WHAT FRUIT ARE YOU BEARING?

TEXT FOR TODAY:

Matthew 7:17 

Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.

ADMONITION: 

Brethren in the LORD, our topic this morning is a question, which is to be answered individually. As Christians, what fruit are we bearing? In our homes, streets, working places, in our Churches, and the society at large, what is our identity? The Bible says by their fruit we shall know them. Without you proclaiming, with your attitude, can people say of you, "he is a child of GOD?" Is your way of life not bringing stains to the Name of GOD? We all need to ponder over this, re-assess our ways, and return to GOD at once. If you must receive favour from GOD and enter into His Kingdom, your fruits must be in accordance with His will and purpose, such that through you, the Kingdom of GOD will continue to expand, and not contract.

SUPPLICATION:

Our heavenly Father, we will always give thanks to You for the gift of life. Please give us a new heart this morning, such that we will continue to bear a fruit that will glorify Your Name always, in the Name of JESUS CHRIST our Saviour. Amen.
