TEXT FOR TODAY:
Psalms 40:3
He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD.
ADMONITION:
One certain thing about GOD is that whoever puts his trust in Him will always overcome and have testimonies. Challenges will come, tribulations will come, trying times will come, but at last, it will end in praises. Remember how the Israelites ended their Egyptian battles. It ended in new songs. So also it is with everyone that puts their trust in GOD, and not in man. But it is very important to state that sin is a major hindrance to prayers. We see how sin almost destroyed the Israelites, if not for the grace of GOD due to their patriarchs. We must be ready and willing to jettison all our sins if we must enjoy GOD. We must put on a spirit that is desirous of pleasing Him at all times!
SUPPLICATION:
Our heavenly Father, we are thankful to You for another grace to learn from You this morning. Please give us testimonies in all our ways, so that through us, the whole world will worship Your Holy Name, through JESUS CHRIST our Saviour. Amen.
