THE DAILY LIGHT: SEEK GOD'S COUNSEL

TEXT FOR TODAY:

2 Chronicles 18:4 

But Jehoshaphat also said to the king of Israel, "First seek the counsel of the LORD."

ADMONITION:

The king of Isreal actually was desirous of taking a serious decision, but Jehoshaphat told him the best way to go about it. "Seek first the counsel of the LORD". In this new year, brethren, let us seek the counsel of GOD in all our ways. Let's maintain a more cordial relationship with Him, that is when He can include us in His project for the new year. To choose a life partner, seek Him, to triumph in your ministry, seek Him, let Him guide you, to have a godly family, look up to Him, for prosperity, find Him. HE is always available to guide and direct us, but if we don't invite Him, He will not intervene. Therefore, walk with Him more than ever before, invite Him to all situations, and He will take charge of your ways.

SUPPLICATION:

Our heavenly FATHER, we thank You for another beautiful morning, please help us to be stronger in You, so that we will always look up to you for direction at all time. This we pray for, and many more, in the most precious Name of our LORD JESUS CHRIST. Amen.
