THE DAILY LIGHT: THE SAFETY OF THE LORD IS UPON YOU

TEXT FOR TODAY:

Deuteronomy 33:29 Blessed are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the LORD? He is your shield and helper and your glorious sword. Your enemies will cower before you, and you will trample down their high places."

ADMONITION:

Through the Grace given by our LORD JESUS CHRIST, as Isrealites of this generation, the above assurance is also for us. No enemy can toy with our life and destiny. The LORD is our shield and stronghold. HE is our Weapon. By Him we are saved. Through Him our safety on earth is sacrosanct, and our safety in eternity is guaranteed. But remember the instances where He forsook the chosen Isrealites in The Bible; when they bowed down for other gods. What is your own "other gods?" What are the things in your life that can make GOD's love elude you? Those sins? Forsake them NOW and return to HE who can save. 

SUPPLICATION:

O LORD our FATHER, please we need Your Power in our life, to be able to walk and work perfectly before You, so that we can be a partaker of Your love here on earth and also in Eternity, in JESUS Mighty Name we pray. Amen.
