When the attendants told David these things, he was pleased to become the king's son-in-law.......

ADMONITION:

David was initially reluctant to be the king's son in-law, but when the bride price was told to him, despite the tough and rough task, he was pleased and glad to accept the offer. Brethren, have you wrongfully or mistakingly married without paying your wife's bride price, or without your husband paying your bride price, kindly hasten up now and formalize your union, so that it can be honorary and acceptable before GOD. This is the pride of every married man, and the joy of every married woman. Your marriage must have a honour. Singles, learn from this admonition, do not enter a marriage without honour. You are a mobile temple of the Holy Spirit!

SUPPLICATION:

Our heavenly FATHER, please give us the enlightenment to do that which is right in your presence, especially with regards to our matrimony, in the Mighty Name of JESUS. Amen.
