TEXT FOR TODAY:
Exodus 20:4
"You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.
ADMONITION:
According to the Scripture, idol worshipping of any form is a sin. Bowing down to man-made gods is also a terrible sin before GOD. Moreover, any other thing or factor you place higher than GOD is also your idol. It may be money, property, job, spouse, or anything else you prioritize to GOD is your idol. It is therefore pertinent to place GOD on His number 1 position in every stage of our lives, so that He too can guarantee us a position in Eternity.
SUPPLICATION:
The Almighty GOD will open our eyes of understanding, so that we will not misplace our priority in this Race. Amen.
