EXTRACTS FROM TODAY'S SERMON
August 16, 2020

TITLE: STRUGGLING TO ENTER THROUGH THE NARROW GATE

Text: Luke 13: 23-30

We must all ask ourselves, "after this sinful world, where am I going?"

There are two ways to go: the narrow way and the wide way.

What does it mean to struggle?

   - struggling means to
     make effort.
   - struggle means to
     strive.
   - to have a fruitful
     struggle, early and
     constant effort is
     required.

Who are the people that will make it through the narrow way?
   - those that know GOD
     as their LORD and
     Saviour.
   - those that love their
     neighbours as
     themselves.
   - those that have the
     fear of God.
   - those that are seeking
     the Kingdom of GOD
     like Job.
   - those that have the
     fear of GOD.
   - those that have no
     other god, except the
     living GOD.

Who are the people that won't be able to make it through to the narrow way?
   - those that don't
     receive GOD as their
     LORD and Saviour.
   - those that prioritize
     worldly things over
     GOD.
   - those that possess
     wrongful wealth.
   - the proud.
   - witches and wizard.

Only few are going to be saved, therefore, make every effort to be among the victors.

If you are really aspiring to enter into the Kingdom of GOD, kindly check your ways.

Once the door of salvation is locked on the judgement day, there will be no more room for safety. Now is the best time to repent.

Let us all repent and reject every sin in our lives.

On that day, no earthly position will be recognized anymore.

What you sow is what you will reap in the concept of heaven.

Most of us respect worldly kings but disrespect the KING of kings.

Everybody will give account on that day.

PRAYER POINT(S):
FATHER LORD, please help me to make heaven and don't let me use these earthly things to hinder my heaven.
